- · One 10-year extension option (25% extension fee in years 24–25).
- · Transferable / assignable, subject to marina approval (10% transfer fee).
- · Monthly marina fees cover shared maintenance and amenities and are billed separately from license purchase.
Rental Agreement
Rent a covered slip on a 12-month wet-slip + winter storage contract, with priority renewal for active members.
